Titanium plate

Short Description:

We press the titanium sponge into a cylindrical electrode with a hydraulic press. Then melt the titanium electrode into titanium ingot by vacuum consumable arc furnace (usually smelt two times). After the heating process of titanium ingot (our advanced heating furnace ensured the heating uniformity of the titanium ingot from inside to outside), use the 16MN free forging machine to breakdown under high temperature condition. The technique of drawing can be used to break the internal grain of titanium ingot, which improved the quality of the whole billet effectively. Take the processed titanium slab for grinding, removing the oxide layer, and then rolling, annealing, grinding and pickling processing, until the production of titanium plate to the right size. Our advanced equipment and scientific rolling technology ensure the production of titanium plate internal structure and appearance of the surface to maintain a high level of quality.
We mainly provide Gr1, Gr2, Gr4, and other grades of pure titanium plate; and the titanium alloy plate in Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr11, Gr12, Gr16, Gr23, etc.

Packaging

In order to avoid the titanium disc has any collision in transit or damage, usually wrapped with pearl cotton (expandable polyethylene), then packed into wooden case.
